Ricky, the owner was very professional and took an extra day to finish the project as the finish sucked into the floor and needed an extra coat. He did not charge for this service. I was very happy with the results and the price. There was hardly any dust to contend with. The floor still has an odor to it not sure how long that should last.

Ricky was great - super responsive to emails, really friendly, happy to explain details and prepare variations on quotes for us. Got in relatively quickly (we waited to long to hire him), and did the job a bit faster than the estimate. Overall, great choice!

I called the Elite and spoke to the owner Rickie and he came within a couple of hours to give me a estimate on my floors. We setup an appointment and they came on time with his crew and they finish sanding and putting on the 2 coats of polyurethane within that day . They came the next day and finished the job like promised. These guys are really professionals and do an excellent job with an extremely low and affordable price.
